Intro Episode: About the Show
Welcome to Female Fractionals, the bi-weekly podcast designed for successful female fractional executives, or those who are thinking about taking the leap. I'm Amanda Nizzere, a nearly 25-year B2B marketing veteran, fractional CMO, mom to three amazing girls, and your host for this journey.
When I started my fractional business, I relied heavily on one-on-one conversations with people in my network and the fractional community. These discussions were invaluable, helping me navigate everything from setting up my business to refining my value proposition and winning my first pitch. However, as my business grew, I found myself with less time for these essential connections, even though I still had many questions about my entrepreneurial journey.
This challenge sparked the idea for this podcast. I realized I could bring these valuable conversations to others who are either considering - or already building - their fractional businesses. The timing couldn't be better – we're witnessing a significant movement of women leaving corporate roles to forge their own paths. In fact, women now comprise 40 percent of new entrepreneurs in the United States. They're starting businesses, writing books, speaking on stages, coaching others, and driving real change in the world.
During my own journey, I also noticed my avid podcast listening habits had shifted from entertainment to entrepreneurial content and industry-specific shows. These podcasts became a vital resource for maintaining my skills, growing my business, and addressing challenges like imposter syndrome.
This podcast aims to combine both elements that helped me succeed: inspiring interviews with fractional leaders and practical insights to help you on your entrepreneurial journey.
While we're called Female Fractionals, our content is relevant to all. You can find downloadable resources and additional content on our website, femalefractionals.com. We welcome your feedback, topic ideas, and guest recommendations at femalefractionals@gmail.com.
I'm excited to grow alongside this expanding fractional space and the vital role women are playing in it. Most importantly, I hope you'll enjoy listening as much as I enjoy learning from and connecting with our remarkable guests.
